Care – Support Ministries |

We love because God first loved us.
Nobody wants to go through hard times, but we all do. If you're struggling, we want to be there for you in Christian love. This is a congregation of people who need each other and care about each other in all circumstances and needs. Below are some of our support/care ministries. Please let us know how we can help!

Intercessory Prayer Group
Every Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m., a group of dedicated members meets for the express purpose of lifting to the Lord any special needs or concerns of our congregation and community.
Using our weekly prayer list as a base, the group also draws upon any information left in either the church office or the Prayer Box on the altar of the Prayer Chapel. Please join us for an hour of prayer!
If you have any special concerns, please let the group know in one of the above ways or by phoning Evelyn Helbig (contact the church office at 248-651-9361 for her number) directly. If you would like to join the group, please contact Mrs. Helbig.

Prayer Bear Ministry
If you know someone who is going through difficult times, please feel free to take them a “Prayer Bear” from our cart in the Narthex outside the Sanctuary. We ask that children select bears under the supervision of an adult.
These bears which are donated to St. Paul’s have been prayed over by our Intercessory Prayer Group and serve as visual reminders of God’s love. Bears may also be picked up or donated through the church office during business hours.
