Slow Flow: yoga class designed to integrate breath and movement while creating balance between strength and flexibility. This style of yoga offers poses ranging from gentle to challenging but done in a slow, mindful manner. One can expect breath work, meditation and alignment and enjoy back bends, hip opening, balancing and stabilizing poses. Contact the office to register.
