St. Paul's Mission Project
2021 Mission Project – Rochester Area Neighborhood House Food Pantry
Raise $30,000 to support Rochester Area Neighborhood House.
We look forward to continuing to deepen an already strong and vibrant ministry partnership.
Kathy Losinski, Executive Director, has asked that we focus our fundraising efforts for two major capital improvements that facilitate their food insecurity initiatives:
- Transit van for food deliveries (with signage): $25,000. The current van has aged and is in need of major repairs. The repairs are unaffordable and without them, RANH will have to take food deliveries off their menu of services.
- Industrial size refrigerator and freezer: $5,000. This need has already been met and the new fridge/freezer is installed and fully operational.
With health and safety in mind, we hope to offer hands on participation with the following special projects:
- Food distribution at Food Pantry – expand the age of our volunteer base
- Non perishable food drive – drive-by drop-off on January 17, 4 – 5 p.m.
- Community garden
